About these terms
These terms govern your use of arath.in and any purchase made through it, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM, and are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products & pricing
Prices are listed in INR and include GST, applicable taxes, transportation, logistics, and installation where applicable. Product images are representative — since pieces are handcrafted from natural materials, variation in grain, veining, or tone is normal and not a defect.

Orders & payment
Orders placed on the website require full payment (100%) in advance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g. inability to source a material), with a full refund of any amount paid.

Custom orders
Custom specifications discussed via WhatsApp or Instagram DM become part of your order once confirmed in writing (including over chat). Once production begins on a custom order, no further changes can be made.

Returns, defects & warranty
Governed by our Refund, Return, Cancellation & Warranty Policy.

Force majeure
ARATH is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including material shortages, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or government action.

Limitation of liability
ARATH's total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, beyond the replacement remedy set out in our Refund, Return, Cancellation & Warranty Policy.

Intellectual property
All content on this site — photography, product designs, brand name and logo — belongs to ARATH and may not be reproduced without permission.
