Two ways we bring furniture to you

Ready-to-Ship: in-stock pieces from our current catalogue, delivered pan-India.
Custom: made to your specification once available online — production timelines will be shown at the time of order.

Pricing
The price shown on each product includes GST, applicable taxes, transportation, logistics, and installation where applicable. There are no separate or hidden charges added at checkout or on delivery.

Delivery area
Pan-India for all loose furniture listed on the site. Some remote or restricted pin codes may require additional delivery time; we will inform you if this applies to your order.

Payment before dispatch
Orders placed through the website require full payment (100%) at the time of order. Nothing ships before payment is received in full.

Delivery scheduling
Since furniture delivery requires someone to be present to receive it, we will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm a delivery window before dispatch.

Failed delivery attempts
We provide up to two delivery attempts at no extra cost. If delivery cannot be completed after two attempts due to unavailability at the provided address, a reasonable redelivery charge may apply for further attempts. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at the time of order.
